It has also motivated me to start DOING something. The digital age of photography has been absolutely wonderful but at the same time it has been absolutely deadly. I have to carve out a hour a day REGARDLESS for my health. Thank you for sharing your story and thanks for being the greatly Godly lady that you are. If you need anything please don't hesitate. I, like many others, have been praying for you for weeks now. Heart attack is one of those phrases I am so scared to hear uttered. I also have low blood pressure and have seen it climb due to the stress in my life. I try to check it every time I go to the grocery store.
