And indeed it was.   The weather was just beautiful!  A tad bit hot.  Well, a lot hot.  I think 100 degrees at least a couple of days.  We were only able to get away for a few days and had a great time.  And what do photographers do at the beach?

 The sun sure was rising quickly and we had to find shade. 

Looking for Tar Balls

 These guys looked like they were riding around looking for something to do.  They either did a fabulous job, or there was a lot of media hype.  It took me 3 days to find a tar ball.  I will post some more interesting things I did find, in a later post. 

Critter on the Beach

 Anyone who knows me knows that no critter is safe if I have a camera in my hands.  I do not believe this little fella was any bigger than a quarter.  He was fun to chase around and get some images of.

And here I do believe s/he is sticking it’s tongue out at me!  I will have to say, it will not be the first time a subject has stuck their tongue at me.  And probably will not be the last.  

Ed and I got some beautiful images while at the beach a couple of weeks ago.  We will be sharing them from time to time.  I hope that you enjoyed these!  I will share some client photos and some videos of photos in the next few days.  

Remember to pray for the children who started back to school this week and the ones who will be starting back in the coming weeks.
