Did you know that more women die of heart disease than any other illness? Including cancer! Friday (Feb 3rd) was Go Red For Women day. Did you wear your red? February is the month we celebrate Valentine’s, our love for our spouse, family and friends and it is the month of Heart Disease/Cardio Vascular awareness. Everyone has been effected by this disease, if not yourself, a close family member. Wear your red in support for the American Heart Association, in memory or honor of your loved one, yourself. Schools are raising monies for the AHA through Hoops for ‘Heart’ & ‘Jump Rope for Heart’ Please give when presented with an opportunity. You never know when you will be the person on a gurney hearing an ER Dr. saying, “Yes ma’ma, you are having a heart attack.
